How do we work

we study your team, values, and product – both from business and technical points. We study your requirements, create an EVP together, and discuss the positioning of the company and the vacancy.

we estimate reasonable deadlines for hiring, inform you about all the potential difficulties, and provide you with feedback during the whole process.

we do not like bureaucracy and put work efficiency on the first place. It is not uncommon for us to start showing the first candidates while the lawyers are negotiating the contract.

The first iteration lasts for 2 weeks. During this period we analyze the market, interview and show you the first candidates.
After 2 weeks we meet on a retro to investigate:

  • what work has been done
  • what the current candidate’s funnel is, and how adequate it is
  • what we can do to improve the funnel
  • what problems hinder effective recruitment

if the position isn’t closed in 30 days, we prepare the data, discuss the issues, and analyze what can be improved in our proposal. If necessary, we also prepare compensation research for your position taking into account the technology stack.

the free replacement period lasts for 90 days. Guaranteed replacement is valid if the candidate didn’t pass the trial period or decided to quit on their own. We don’t make a replacement if the dismissal was a result of a change of working conditions (salary decrease etc.)
